The successful candidate needs to have a strong customer focus with a strong desire to achieve success for your clients. The Paraplanner plays a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by providing high-quality technical, research, analytical, and administrative support throughout the financial planning process. The role ensures that client recommendations are accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional client experience.
This role will be suit an individual who relishes the challenge of managing a diverse group of clients with a wide range of needs, from both an advisory and service position. Ideally this person will have experience in a similar role while also managing junior team members with the objective of achieving the overall business objectives of the company. The successful candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of the various pension propositions available in Ireland coupled with a deep understanding of the more advanced financial advisory approaches that exploit a wide variety of non-standard product solutions.
Salary will depend on experience Pay: €30,000.00-€58,000.00 per year
