Job summary

ROSS Cx in Dublin is seeking a P6 Planner to own the programme on a hyperscale data centre campus. This long-term role requires keeping the Primavera P6 schedule current, tracking progress to baseline and flagging delays early.

You’ll work closely with construction, MEP and commissioning teams to keep the critical path moving, producing weekly/monthly progress updates and look-ahead programmes with site and subcontractor teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience is required.
• 2 to 8 years in a planning or scheduling role.
• Background with a main contractor or an MEP/M&E contractor is a big plus.
• Data centre experience helps, but pharma, semiconductor, energy and infrastructure planners are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining detailed schedules in Primavera P6.
• Weekly and monthly progress updates and reporting to the client.
• Look-ahead programmes with site and subcontractor teams.
• Critical path analysis, delay tracking and recovery planning.
• Bringing construction, MEP and Cx activities into one programme.
