Job summary

The Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Planner to join our Dublin office to support major Data Centre developments in Ireland. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analysing complex project schedules using Primavera P6, with emphasis on schedule risk and project controls.

You will lead schedule review meetings, provide regular progress reports, mentor junior scheduling professionals, and ensure governance standards are met across multidisciplinary teams working on mission-critical

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in project scheduling, ideally within Data Centres or major capital projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex Data Centre schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead schedule review meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and programme updates.
• Perform delay analysis and forensic schedule reviews.
• Provide mentoring to junior scheduling professionals.
• Support project controls functions, including cost and risk integration.
• Review contractor programmes for compliance and performance.
