• Qualified or recently qualified ACA/ACCA
• Experience in practice, outsourcing or client-facing accounting
• Strong management accounts and financial reporting experience
• Good understanding of statutory accounts and tax
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicating with clients and senior stakeholders
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Enjoys variety and taking ownership of work

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Preparing statutory financial statements
• Managing tax compliance and reporting
• Acting as outsourced Financial Controller for a portfolio of clients
• Working closely with clients across a range of sectors and business sizes
• Providing accurate, commercially focused financial information
• Working with large international organisations and Irish subsidiaries
• Supporting clients through M&A activity
• Advising clients on their wider finance requirements
• Working directly with senior stakeholders
• Managing multiple clients and deadlines
• Getting involved in ad hoc finance and advisory projects
• Supporting process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Taking on additional responsibilities as client needs evolve
• Doing the exact same thing every day
• Be expected to enjoy a 47-slide PowerPoint about printer toner.
