Job summary

Inizio is seeking an Oracle Service Delivery Manager to oversee governance and service delivery for our Oracle Fusion and related ERP landscape. This role partners with a Global MSP, ensuring stability, performance and value across multiple countries.

The position is hybrid and reports into the IT Finance Systems Operations Manager, with a focus on governance rather than hands-on support, driving improvements and strong supplier accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience governing enterprise application services through a Global MSP.
• ItIL Foundation or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday or similar ERP platforms.
• Vendor management and performance monitoring skills.
• Experience coordinating major incidents and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a global, complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Service Operations and Governance: oversee operational governance of ERP services delivered via the MSP.
• Vendor & Service Management: lead service reviews and monitor performance against commitments.
• Major Incident & Change Management: coordinate responses, perform root cause analysis and drive improvements.
• Commercial & Performance Management: monitor licence usage, identify risks, and produce service reports.
• Stakeholder Management: communicate performance and risks to Finance, Enterprise IT and business leaders.
