Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking a senior Oracle Financials practitioner to lead the full functional workstream on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials transformations, from solution design through go-live and hypercare. You will own the Financials workstream end-to-end and guide a team of functional consultants.

You will partner with CFOs and finance leadership, oversee design for GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management, and ensure end-to-end delivery across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Oracle Financials implementation experience, with at least 5 years leading the Financials workstream.
• Hands-on configuration across three or more Fusion Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Advanced Collections.
• Experience with core finance processes: chart of accounts, SLA, P2P, O2C, period-close, and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams of functional consultants and engage with CFOs and finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials workstream across the full project lifecycle from design to hypercare.
• Own solution design for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Advanced Collections.
• Facilitate executive workshops with CFOs and finance leadership; document requirements and design decisions.
• Define and enforce configuration standards; review workbooks, designs, and test scripts.
• Coordinate with integration, data migration, and reporting leads to ensure end-to-end coherence.
• Lead data migration strategy and sign off on data quality before cutover.
• Govern functional testing across SIT and UAT and secure business sign-off.
• Advise clients on best practices and standard cloud processes; avoid unnecessary customization.
• Manage risks, upskill the team, and present options to program leadership.
