Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is assisting a global organisation in Cork, Ireland with a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP rollout, leading the EMEA finance workstream within a multinational setting.

You will align the US HQ global Oracle template to EMEA statutory, tax and currency requirements, drive workshops, and manage end-to-end finance processes across GL, AP/AR, FA, Cash, Expenses, Intercompany and multi-currency reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance workstreams on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience in global template deployment across EMEA.
• Understanding of multi-country, multi-currency finance environments.
• Track record delivering complex ERP transformations in multinational organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation with senior finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for the EMEA finance workstream during Oracle ERP implementation.
• Align US HQ global Oracle template with EMEA statutory and tax requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, lead fit-gap analysis, approve solution designs, coordinate finance responsibilities.
• Oversee configuration, testing (SIT, UAT, regression), data migration, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Communicate risks and decision impacts to EMEA and global stakeholders.

About Your New Job

• Provide functional leadership for the EMEA finance workstream during a major Oracle ERP implementation, based out of Cork, Ireland (hybrid, 3 days onsite/week).
• Assess, validate, and align the US HQ global Oracle template with EMEA statutory, tax, VAT, and operating-model requirements, ensuring compliance without compromising global design integrity.
• Facilitate workshops, lead fit-gap analysis, approve solution designs, and coordinate finance responsibilities across General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Intercompany, and multi-currency reporting.
• Oversee configuration, testing (SIT, UAT, regression), data migration, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support across multiple countries and entities.
• Act as key liaison, monitoring progress and communicating risks, issues, and decision impacts to EMEA and global stakeholders.

What Skills You Need In This Job

• Significant experience leading finance workstreams on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite, ideally in global template deployment across EMEA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, financial controls, compliance, and reporting in a multi-country, multi-currency environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex ERP transformations in multinational organisations.
• Advanced stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional coordination skills with senior finance leaders and distributed teams.
• Experience with finance data migration, testing, reconciliation, cutover, and support in multinational settings.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred; Oracle Financials Cloud certification are advantageous.
