Job summary

Uisce Éireann in Ireland seeks a Contracts System Analyst to oversee Oracle-based contract management within the Supply Chain Tender Delivery team. Reporting to the Procurement Systems & Process Lead, you will ensure accurate spend reporting, contract lifecycle management, and compliance with CPA/BPA requirements.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Maximo, Unifier and IT teams, drive data quality on contracts, run month-end reports, and help safeguard governance, security and performance

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle is essential.
• Intermediate experience with MS Excel or equivalent is essential.
• Experience with Contract Management Systems and digital purchase agreements or equivalent is desirable.
• Relevant third level qualification and/or accreditation is desirable.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle contracts supporting spend tracking and reporting.
• Act as SME on the contract systems and ensure accurate spend reporting.
• Manage contracts lifecycle on Oracle and ROS.
• Escalate near-term and overdue contracts and initiate renewals.
• Coordinate with Maximo, Unifier, PCM/Unifier testing.
• Promote health and safety commitments across UÉ and its supply chain.
• Drive data quality and governance for CPA/BPA maintenance and reporting.
