Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist/Analyst for a hybrid role in Dublin. The role supports the Procure-to-Pay process, governance, and service delivery standards across the organisation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and finance teams to ensure efficient procurement workflows and continuous improvements across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or related business function.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and controls.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement workflow activities and daily operational tasks.
• Support Procure-to-Pay processes aligned with SLAs and controls.
• Respond to complex procurement queries from stakeholders.
• Provide procurement guidance to internal teams and suppliers.
• Participate in reviews and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Support outsourcing governance and service delivery oversight.
• Analyse procurement/financial data to identify trends and savings.
• Assist with supplier management to ensure compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve issues and improve end-to-end processes.
• Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
