Job summary

EZ Living Furniture in Galway invites applications for an Operations Support Specialist. Based at our Head Office, you will support the Retail Operations Manager and the Logistics Operations Manager to coordinate retail and logistics activities across the business.

You will help implement and monitor processes, prepare agendas and presentations, handle routine inquiries, assist with reporting, and maintain compliance and safety standards, while managing confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Retail & Logistics managers to implement and improve operational processes.
• Communicate updates and initiatives to retail and logistics teams.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues; escalate when needed.
• Monitor store and warehouse compliance with standards; support audits.
• Collaborate on sales and operations reporting; identify improvements.
• Prepare agendas and documents for meetings and site visits.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
