Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking two experienced Project Managers for Transfer Agency client onboarding in Dublin. The roles cover complex, client-facing projects from initiation to go-live, focusing on onboarding, conversions and deconversions across multiple clients and locations.

The ideal candidates bring strong Transfer Agency expertise, end-to-end project management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including operations and technology. Hybrid model with on-site presence in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transfer Agency, fund administration or asset servicing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Transfer Agency operating model.
• PM/change/implementation or client onboarding experience.
• Experience managing client conversions, migrations, onboarding or deconversions is desirable.
• Knowledge of account opening, AML/KYC, cash flows and fund setup.
• Experience with institutional clients and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Transfer Agency projects from planning through to implementation and go-live.
• Lead major new client conversion/onboarding or client deconversion/offboarding project.
• Define operating models with clients, operations and internal stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end project plans, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Lead client and internal project meetings with clear updates and actions.
• Coordinate fund and account setup, data conversion and technical implementation.
• Work with TA operations, technology and setup teams across locations.
