Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Operations Business Partner in Ireland to enhance governance, data management, and financial administration. You will act as a bridge between Operations, Finance and Shared Services, ensuring accurate project information and compliant processes, while providing timely reporting and insights for decision-making.

The role emphasizes lifecycle support, data quality, system governance, and continuous improvement across project and cost-control activities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Operations, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in operational, finance, project support, or business administration roles.
• Experience supporting reporting, forecasting, invoicing, or project administration.

Responsibilities

• Support project lifecycle activities for CCLs, Project Managers and Commission Leads.
• Maintain project, client and opportunity records in D365 and ensure data alignment with controls.
• Produce monthly operational and financial reports and assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage invoicing processes, purchase orders and supplier invoices, and monitor project costs.
• Build strong relationships with Operations, Finance, Shared Services and business leaders to drive governance and improvements.
