Ryanair Ltd. is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead the ground-up launch of our Engine MRO capability. Initial base in Dublin, coordinating with Engineering HQ and transitioning to the Engine MRO facility as it becomes operational.

You will drive operational readiness, facility layout, and processes, while leading the MRO Operations team and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years experience within Engine MROs & repair and/or aviation.
• 2+ years proven leadership experience in a large organisation.
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong IT skills with knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience in operations related to engines (CFM56 or LEAP-1B) preferred.

• Support development of facility layout, processes, equipment and operational standards.
• Support and deputise to the General Manager when required.
• Work with Engineering, Construction and Facilities during build and commissioning.

• Manage day-to-day disassembly and assembly operations.

Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Operations Managerto come onboard at the early stage of ourEngine MROprojects.

The successful candidate will be initially based in Ryanair’s Engineering HQ inDUBLINbefore reverting to the Engine MRO facility, once operational. They will be part of a key team with responsibility in establishing the Operations function from the ground up and supporting the development of a brand-new Engine MRO facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Engineering, Construction, Facilities and other stakeholders during the build and commissioning phase.
• Lead recruitment, development and management of the MRO Operations team.
• Manage day-to-day Disassembly and Assembly operations.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, TAT, cost and productivity.
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years experience within Engine MROs & repair and/ or aviation
• 2+ years proven leadership experience in a large organisation
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong IT skills with knowledge of ERP systems
• Experience in operations related to CFM56 or LEAP-1B engines.
• Strong people, stakeholder and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multinational, cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in English with additional fluency in Spanish would be highly regarded
