Ryanair are recruiting an Operations Manager to join at the early stage of our Engine MRO projects, based initially in Dublin and then at the Engine MRO facility. You will help build the Operations function from the ground up and support the development of a brand-new Engine MRO capability.

Reporting to the Head of Engine MRO and General Manager, you will lead the MRO operations team, recruit and develop staff, and drive safety, quality and productivity across day-to-day activities in Ireland.

Formación

  • 3–5 years experience within Engine MROs & repair and/or aviation.
  • 2+ years leadership experience in a large organisation.
  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience in operations related to CFM56 or LEAP-1B engines.
  • Strong people, stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multinational, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluency in English with additional fluency in Spanish would be highly regarded

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the operational set-up of the new Engine MRO from project phase to full operational readiness.
  • Support development of facility layout, processes, equipment and operational standards.
  • Support and deputise to the General Manager, when required
  • Work closely with Engineering, Construction, Facilities and other stakeholders during the build and commissioning phase.
  • Lead recruitment, development and management of the MRO Operations team.
  • Manage day-to-day Disassembly and Assembly operations.
  • Drive performance across safety, quality, TAT, cost and productivity.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Job Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Operations Managerto come onboard at the early stage of ourEngine MROprojects.
