Job summary

AuxiliaGroup is recruiting an Operations Manager for a permanent role based in Dublin. You will lead day‑to‑day operations across all divisions, work with the MD to execute growth plans and ensure workforce availability meets client demand.

You will oversee contractors and temporary staff, deliver revenue and profitability targets, monitor KPIs and operational reporting, and drive efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement while developing high‑performing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years' senior management experience.
• Experience within staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, workforce management, construction services or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage large operational teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience managing client relationships at senior level.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and operational improvements.

Role:
