Job summary

Veolia Ireland is seeking a leader to drive Energy Operations across 30+ client sites, mainly in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role combines strategic business leadership with hands‑on operational accountability, ensuring safe, compliant and sustainable service delivery across Ireland.

Leading a large team, you will own P&L, drive growth, manage client relationships and advance sustainability initiatives in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a related discipline, or 10+ years in a similar role.
• Senior management experience in large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record leading high-performance technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for Energy Operations in Ireland and drive growth.
• Lead ~350 indirect reports and foster high-performance culture.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
• Drive sustainability, process innovation and growth strategy.
