Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Operations Director for an internationally renowned manufacturer based in Sligo, Connacht. You will lead operations across Engineering, Procurement and Production on a Monday–Friday, onsite basis, driving process improvements and delivering growth.

The role rewards an experienced Operations Manager, Leader or Director with strong Manufacturing or Engineering backgrounds, offering development, long-term stability and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational leadership within engineering or manufacturing.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across production, procurement and engineering.

Responsibilities

Do you have Operational Management experience within Engineering or Manufacturing looking to join an internationally renowned manufacturer and play a vital role in the ongoing growth and development?

You will be based out of their HQ on a Monday - Friday basis. You will play a vital role in the operations across the business, overseeing a range of teams from Engineering, Procurement and Production and drive processes forward.

This role would suit an Operations Manager, Leader or Director looking for further technical development, clear progression and to work within a lead business.

The Role:

• Operational Management - overseeing small team and day to day.
• Working within large manufacturing plant.
• Monday to Friday onsite.
