Group Head of Operations - High Speed Food Equipment

Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30; Friday, 08:00- 15:30

(Processing/Packaging/Inspection & Materials Handling Portfolio)

Candidate MUST be from a Technical/Project/Engineering/Food Equipment Industry (or related) AND have relevant experience in Operational Management (or similar)! Candidates without experience will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this incredible team as The Group Head of Operations based in Sligo Ireland with multi-site responsibility (2 sites including the UK minimum 1:6 weeks).

The position is multifaceted and includes:

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a Senior Operations or Manufacturing Leadership role.
• Strong track record in multi-site operations (UK/Ireland desirable).

• Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement and operational excellence.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience leading or working closely with Design and Engineering functions.

• Experience integrating design, project delivery and manufacturing functions to improve overall business performance.
