Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?This is a leadership position responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations in Dublin, including field technicians, customer service, and warehousing teams. The core mission of this role is to balance commercial performance with clinical safety, requiring an experienced healthcare professional who can deliver world-class service through an efficient, KPI-driven infrastructure.**1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management*** Provide visionary leadership to a multidisciplinary team (Field Technicians, Customer Service, and Warehousing).* Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and \"patient-first\" service delivery.* Manage resource planning and headcount to ensure the business can scale alongside market demand.**2.
