Job summary

SOCOTEC UK Building and Real Estate division seeks an Operations & Business Development Support professional to join the Ireland Engineering leadership team in Dublin. You will provide operational, commercial and marketing support to help the team win work, run projects efficiently and maintain financial discipline.

The role involves coordinating campaigns, updating content, assisting with bid proposals and ensuring alignment with UK operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and planning abilities with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills with UK and Irish teams and clients.
• Comfortable working with financial and project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, commercial and marketing support to the Ireland Engineering leadership team.
• Coordinate invoicing and financial reporting activities to support turnover tracking.
• Assist with tenders, bids and pre-contract activities.
• Maintain documentation, templates and process improvements in line with UK standards.
• Support office administration and logistics for Dublin and wider Ireland operations.
