Job summary

IN2 Engineering in Ireland is seeking a Commercial / Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Irish market. The role is highly client-facing and focuses on developing strategic relationships, winning new business, and increasing the company’s presence across Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Data Centres and Life Sciences.

You will lead bids and tenders, manage pipelines and CRM activity, and collaborate with technical and marketing teams to strengthen market

Qualifications

• 10+ years in built environment or related sectors.
• Proven track record winning work for consultancies, contractors or suppliers.
• Deep understanding of Irish construction and property markets.
• Strong network with developers, architects, contractors in Ireland.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience within MEP, engineering consultancy, sustainability or technical consultancy environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to support long-term growth.
• Build relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new project opportunities in Irish market.
• Lead bids, tenders, presentations and other win-work activities.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to strengthen positioning.
• Manage sales pipelines, CRM activity, and client relationship programmes.
