Job summary

Titanbay is seeking an experienced Operational Risk professional to join our Irish AIFM as Designated Person for Operational Risk (PCF-39B). This role spans operational resilience, business continuity and cyber/technology risk in a modern, tech-enabled environment.

You will shape the risk framework, collaborate with Engineering and senior stakeholders, and drive practical improvements in risk management while navigating regulatory expectations in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational risk experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to build and evolve risk frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication across stakeholders.
• Experience with business continuity and cybersecurity risk is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Hold the Designated Person for Operational Risk (PCF-39B) for Titanbay's Irish AIFM, subject to Central Bank approval.
• Own and evolve the operational risk framework, including risk register and control testing.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning for the Irish entity.
• Partner with Engineering on cyber security, translating tech risk into the risk framework.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Engineering, Operations, Finance and Investor Services.
• Report on operational risk exposure, incidents and near-misses to senior management.
• Collaborate with the Fund Risk team for an integrated view of risk across the AIFM.
• Translate regulatory developments into practical improvements.
