We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Operational Resilience Framework for the Irish ManCo.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building resilience capabilities from the ground up, ensuring compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), Central Bank of Ireland operational resilience requirements and broader regulatory expectations.
Reporting into the Risk function, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and embedding the Operational Resilience Framework across the Irish ManCo and its delegated operating model. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across RLAM, Royal London Group and outsourced service providers to ensure the resilience of critical and important business functions.
