Job summary

Corpay in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a DORA & Operational Resilience Manager to lead the resilience framework across its Irish payments and markets entities. You will ensure alignment with DORA, EU standards and Central Bank of Ireland expectations, coordinating ICT risk, incident reporting, resilience testing, business service mapping and third-party oversight.

You will report directly to the Group Head of Compliance and work with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance and Operations

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DORA and EU resilience requirements.
• Experience coordinating ICT risk, testing and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to liaise with senior management and boards.

Responsibilities

• Own the DORA and operational resilience framework for both Irish entities.
• Maintain policies, control mappings, risk assessments and evidence.
• Coordinate gap assessments, compliance monitoring and remediation.
• Prepare dashboards and papers for senior management and boards.
• Lead responses to Central Bank requests and inspections.
• Coordinate crisis management, BIAs and testing activities.
