Job summary

Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) is establishing its Ireland Management Company to support the continued growth of our European business. We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Operational Resilience Framework for the Irish ManCo.

This role reports into Risk and requires designing, embedding and governing resilience across the Irish ManCo and its delegated operating model, working with RLAM, Royal London Group and

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operational resilience or business continuity within a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience designing and implementing DORA-aligned resilience frameworks.
• Strong understanding of DORA, CP140 and CP86 regulatory requirements.
• Experience in incident management, regulatory reporting and resilience governance.
• Experience overseeing outsourcing and third-party risk management.
• Ability to produce high-quality Board and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading development and enhancement of the DORA-aligned Operational Resilience Framework.
• Establishing resilience policies, governance arrangements and oversight processes.
• Managing resilience requirements across outsourcing and third-party relationships.
• Leading incident management, escalation and regulatory reporting activities.
• Delivering resilience testing and scenario exercises across critical services.
• Overseeing business continuity planning, BIAs and disaster recovery testing.
• Producing operational resilience reporting and MI for senior leadership and Board committees.
• Supporting regulatory engagement and evidencing compliance with Irish/European requirements.
• Embedding resilience considerations into change and operating model development.
