Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• 5–7 years in a dedicated CI role with 3+ years in leadership.
• Expert-level Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical software (Minitab/JMP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead DMAIC projects and Kaizen events.
• Develop, deployment, and management of CI strategy.
• Mentor Green Belts and project leaders.
• Establish KPIs and report outcomes to senior leadership.
• Drive change management and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
