Job summary

Jobtailor in Ireland is offering an internship focused on OpenShift-related backporting, build and release activities, and AI/Automation projects. You will collaborate with a team to address CVE issues and contribute to long-life OpenShift offerings.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an accredited Irish university, can commit January–August 2027, and have Go or Python experience with Linux basics. English proficiency and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university program in the Republic of Ireland during the full duration of the internship.
• Must be able to join full time from January through August 2027.
• Working knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Practical knowledge of Go or Python.
• Linux experience at least at user level.
• Knowledge of software development testing and build is a plus.
• Open source contribution is a plus.
• Team spirit and collaborative approach.
• CV should clearly outline education, relevant projects, GitHub account, and extracurricular activities.
• Apply for a maximum of three internship roles.
