Job summary

Everpure Technical Services in Dublin is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our 24x7 team based onsite in Dun Laoghaire. You will tackle hardware and software issues across a multi-platform environment, building strong cross-team relationships and delivering concise, professional customer communications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in enterprise support, strong networking/storage knowledge, and a CS-related degree. Weekend/on-call duties may apply, with a Monday–Friday 7am–4pm shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an enterprise-level technical support role.
• Experience supporting both hardware and software products.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in a complex multi-vendor environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek to understand customer expectations.
• Answer and resolve support cases across all severity levels.
• Own and track customer issues using our ticketing system.
• Own all customer communications, ensuring conciseness and professionalism.
• Share and document knowledge via FAQ/KB articles (internal or customer-facing).
• Mentor junior support engineers through training and coaching.
• Manage multiple projects and support cases simultaneously.
• Champion customer issues internally and represent the company externally.
• Typically operate with minimal day-to-day guidance; handle weekend/holiday/on-call duties.
