You will lead a team, ensure proper staffing, training, and equipment operation while maintaining client compliance and reporting requirements. A strong track record in security leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in security management and incident response.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to plan, prioritise and supervise multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Security Control Room on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure adequate staffing and trained, uniformed officers.
• Maintain proper attire and grooming standards for staff.
• Provide first-line response to incidents, fire, security and safety events.
• Oversee equipment (CCTV, radios, mobiles) and report defects.
• Manage GSMS requests and ensure actions are taken.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records.
• Conduct weekly/monthly testing of alarms and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with client Golden Rules.
• Leverage audits and reporting to improve security operations.
• Handle HR issues in coordination with management.
