Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their on-site team in Fethard. You will handle day-to-day HR, recruitment for diverse roles, and HR reporting across a multi-site operation, with a focus on compliance and practical, commercially-minded advice.

You’ll partner with managers to manage attendance, performance, disciplinary matters, and payroll-related changes while maintaining strong HR records and supporting visa/work-permit processes.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR reporting.
• Experience with visa applications and work permits is a plus.
• Excellent communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees on policy, process and employment terms.
• Manage recruitment for permanent, seasonal, and specialist roles, including job descriptions, shortlisting, interviews and offers.
• Support visa applications, employment permits and right-to-work documentation where required.
• Advise on attendance, performance, conduct, probation, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Draft and maintain employment contracts, policies and HR correspondence.
• Work closely with Payroll and Finance on starters, leavers and pay-related changes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular reporting on recruitment, headcount, absence and turnover.
• Support training coordination and tracking across operational teams.
