Job summary

Ashgrove Renewables is seeking a solutions focused Project Engineer to coordinate the delivery of our new headquarters development in Mallow. This hands-on, fully onsite role blends engineering design with project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and design teams, contractors etc. to coordinate and deliver all aspects of the build, with strong focus on CAD drawings and scheduling to

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Civil, Mechanical, Building Services or Construction Engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (essential).
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing.
• Full driving licence.
• Fluent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Support the PM in the delivery of our new development from concept through to installation, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate cross functional teams day-to-day ensuring timely delivery of the HQ development project.
• Support the PM with the plan, programme and oversee mechanical / electrical installations.
• Develop and manage the project programme and monitor progress.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations and procure materials and subcontractors.
• Manage contractor schedules and site activities ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standard.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, identifying risks, delays and mitigation plans.
• Attend site meetings and record actions.
