Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Coordinator to support a workplace modification project at Three Ireland's office in Limerick. The role focuses on on-site coordination of logistics, contractor liaison, and operational planning to minimise disruption while works are carried out.

You will act as Aramark's on-site representative, coordinating furniture moves, space readiness, and related services with a principal contractor and client stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Facilities Coordination or similar role.
• Valid Safe Pass certification.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement and reinstatement of office furniture and equipment.
• Liaise with principal contractor and stakeholders on site activities.
• Support project delivery with facilities, cleaning, security and tech teams.
• Monitor housekeeping and escalate issues to maintain timelines.
