Respond! is seeking a Property Surveyor in Dublin to oversee maintenance programs, coordinate budgets and delivery across its housing properties, and ensure services are sustained safely and effectively.

Reporting to the Regional Repairs and Maintenance Manager, you will lead staff and contractors, manage on-site inspections, plan preventative maintenance, and provide clear reporting to senior management while maintaining high standards of accountability and community focus.

Formación

• Relevant NFQ Level 7 or equivalent in Construction/Science/Technology.
• Experience in building maintenance, tendering or procurement.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate maintenance projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee property maintenance programs and repairs.
• Coordinate emergency and regular repairs with contractors and staff.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports for maintenance.
• Lead, supervise and develop staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.
