Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution is seeking a passionate beauty consultant/therapist to join the Elizabeth Arden counter at Arnott's Dublin. The role is onsite with hybrid elements, focusing on delivering expert skincare advice, product recommendations and RDSE services on the shop floor.

You will perform professional facial treatments as a qualified therapist several times a month, drive sales, and maintain premium counter presentation while building lasting customer relationships.

Competenze

• 1 year+ experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service at all times.
• Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare.
• Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally.
• Drive retail sales and work towards individual and team targets.
• Engage customers through product demonstrations and tailored recommendations.
• Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations.
• Fully utilise all tools provided by the Company to offer excellent customer service.
