Job summary

Revlon Corporate is seeking a passionate Beauty Consultant to join our Elizabeth Arden counter in Arnotts, Dublin. You will deliver personalised skincare and cosmetics advice, drive sales, and create a premium customer experience in a fast-paced counter environment.

This on-site role offers 22.5 hours across 3 days, with a fixed-term contract through January 2027. Applicants should have retail experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.
