Job summary

Elizabeth Arden counter on Arnotts, Dublin, is seeking a passionate Beauty Consultant to join the team on a full fixed-term basis. You will act as brand ambassador, provide personalised skincare advice, and drive sales performance on the counter.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, sharing skincare expertise, and achieving sales targets in a premium beauty setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.

Responsibilities

This role requires full-time presence at Elizabeth Arden's Beauty Counter in Arnotts, Dublin

Hours:

22.5 hours - 3 days a week / Fixed-Term Contract until January 2027
