Revlon is hiring a Beauty Consultant for the Elizabeth Arden counter at Shaws Castlebar, Mayo. This onsite role requires a 30-hour workweek across four days, with weekend flexibility and a focus on delivering personalized skincare, colour and fragrance advice.

You will drive sales, conduct skincare consultations, and demonstrate products while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.
