Job summary

Revlon operates a prestige Elizabeth Arden counter in Shaws Castlebar, Mayo. We seek a Beauty Consultant to deliver personalised skincare and beauty experiences and to drive sales on the counter.

You will act as a brand ambassador, sharing skincare expertise and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite, full-time role with a 30-hour week across four days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail or customer-facing role.
• Experience in beauty/skincare is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends/peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service at all times.
• Provide expert skincare, colour and fragrance advice.
• Conduct consultations and RDSE services confidently and professionally.
• Drive retail sales toward individual and team targets.
• Demonstrate products through demonstrations and tailored recommendations.
• Build relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain counter presentation in line with brand expectations.

Hours: 30 hours per week over 4 days (flexibility over a 7 day working week)

Qualifications:
