Aramark Ireland is seeking a Front Line Manager for a Dublin city centre unit serving 650 customers daily, delivering an innovative food offer and exceptional service. You will lead the on-site catering team, manage budgets, and uphold quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Catering, 5 years of operations experience with management exposure, and strong people skills. You will liaise with clients and staff to drive performance and service excellence.

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Catering/Professional Cookery.
• 5 years operational experience, including at least 1 year in management.
• Excellent front-of-house skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for food with a clear customer service focus.
• Excellent people management and communication with staff and clientele.
• Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative and multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Day to day management of the unit and on-site catering team based on site.
• Set annual budgets for the unit and achieve them.
• Maintain financial information system as required by Aramark and the client.
• Implement and maintain procedures on site as outlined by HR, Q&S, Internal Audit, and Opxcentral.
• Assume overall responsibility for Quality and Safety compliance on site.
• Monitor and evaluate site performance and productivity.
• Maintain good communications with client, key customers and staff.
• Review financial and operational performance to meet targets.
• Identify opportunities at unit level and investigate potential.
• Manage recruitment, training and development of management team on site.
