Job summary

Blink 24 in Dublin 22 is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day stock management and coordinate activities across the warehouse team. This on-site role supports sales, retail, logistics and management with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have proven warehouse experience, strong leadership, and the ability to lift heavy items, with good Excel skills and familiarity with warehouse systems. Mon-Fri day shift with occasional weekend work may apply.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual handling.
• Good time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with email and Excel; familiarity with warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and manage daily/weekly/monthly staff activities and resources.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and timekeeping per policies.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with departments and logistics teams on daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and welfare requirements.
• Oversee loading/unloading, stock sorting, and order preparation.
• Maintain stock records in the warehouse management system.
• Lead by example and proactively manage workload.
