Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative, commercial or estimating support role.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and use initiative.
• Experience in construction, electrical contracting, building services or M&E environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming tender enquiries and maintain tender registers, pipelines and bid/no-bid records.
• Prepare and submit PQQs and pre-qualification documentation.
• Manage tender documents, drawings, specifications and document control processes.
• Maintain client procurement portals and company information.
• Track tender queries, clarifications and addenda.
• Coordinate supplier and subcontractor quotations and support pricing activities.
• Maintain tender records, lessons learned documentation and estimating systems.
