Job summary

Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager for a maternity-cover contract of at least 12 months. Based on site at Druids Glen, Co.

Wicklow, you will oversee reservations, pricing strategies and revenue generation while leading the Reservations team to maximise RevPAR and profitability. You will monitor market demand and competitor pricing, coordinate with the General Manager and Group Revenue Manager, and contribute to budgets and forecasts while delivering

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in Front Office, Reservations and Revenue Management in a four- or five‑star hotel.
• At least one year in a revenue management role at management level.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish hotel market and pricing/demand/trend tracking.
• Excellent working knowledge of HotSoft or similar reservations systems.
• Previous resort and golf experience is advantageous.
• Strong reservations and sales background with bookings handling experience.
• Excel and analytical/financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven team management, training and motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Reservations Office, working hands-on with the Reservations team.
• Proactively convert enquiries into bookings and maximise sales opportunities.
• Lead, train and motivate the Reservations team and ensure service standards.
• Develop pricing and yield strategies to maximise RevPAR and revenue.
• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and booking patterns and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Lead the weekly Revenue Strategy Meeting and provide accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to drive business growth.
• Manage room inventory and distribution across booking channels.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
