Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar role within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provides a warm welcome and assists visitors, clients and vendors entering the premises.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department for service.
• Anticipates guests' needs and delivers service to exceeded expectations.
• Escort guests to locations within the hotel on request, prioritising check-ins.
• Manage incoming calls and relay messages or answer general hotel inquiries.
• Maintain front desk appearance and handle mail, couriers and deliveries.
• Supervise and assist in training Reception Team for prompt, courteous service.
• Ensure shifts follow procedures and assist with weekly rosters.
• Facilitate communication between departments and relay important information.
• Perform data entry, filing and document management tasks.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through friendly, efficient handling of queries.
