Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar on complex industrial, infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating site personnel or subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities at site, ensuring compliance with quality plans and schedules.
• Plan and organize construction activities to optimize resources and meet milestones.
• Review drawings and specifications to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor materials, equipment and manpower to align with program.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements and company policies.
• Provide leadership and direction to site teams with clear goals.
• Ensure policies and procedures are understood and followed by reports and stakeholders.
