Job summary

Schneider Electric Ireland Service Team is seeking a Service Engineer to provide maintenance, fault diagnosis and lifecycle services for MV & LV equipment at a fixed customer location. You will ensure reliability, safety and performance of installed electrical distribution systems in line with Schneider Electric standards.

Typical duties include preventive and corrective maintenance, asset management, and supporting customer operations while developing strong relationships and promoting service

Qualifications

• Experience with MV & LV distribution systems.
• Solid understanding of power and control systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for maintenance and operation at a fixed customer location.
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on Schneider Electric equipment.
• Conduct system inspections and condition assessments.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist in asset management and lifecycle support services.
• Supervise contractor activities when required.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment reports.
• Promote Schneider Electric service offerings and identify improvement opportunities.
