Schneider Electric Ireland is seeking a Power Systems Division – Service Engineer to provide maintenance, fault diagnosis and lifecycle services for MV & LV equipment at a fixed customer location. You will help maintain reliability, safety and performance of installed electrical distribution systems.

Responsibilities include routine preventive and corrective maintenance, fault finding, system inspections, asset management, and supervising contractor activities, with a focus on high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience with MV & LV distribution systems.
• Solid understanding of power and control systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for the maintenance and operation of electrical distribution systems at a fixed customer location.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance and repairs.
• System inspections and condition assessments.
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Assist in asset management and lifecycle support services.
• Supervise contractor activities when required.
• Document maintenance activities and reports.
• Perform site risk assessments and contribute to safe systems of work and method statements.
