Job summary

Musgrave in Ballymun Marketplace seeks a Reorder Manager to ensure stock availability, optimize inventory, and drive efficiency on site. You will manage orders, maintain accurate stock records, and minimise waste while delivering strong promotional execution.

Lead process improvements, forecast demand, and collaborate with trading and sales to optimise range and profitability. This role is onsite and offers opportunities for growth within the Musgrave network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar management role.
• 3rd level business qualification.
• Experience forecasting activity and supplier management.
• Excellent numerical ability and a high level of computer skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills and organizational agility, demonstrated success in driving results.
• Ability to engage, communicate and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels within KPIs: 100% must stock, 99% promotion availability.
• Process purchase orders and control inventory using ERP; keep on-site stock file accurate.
• Manage ambient and chilled product dates to minimise wastage and cost.
• Lead stock appreciation and work with trading/sales to optimise range.
• Coordinate cycle counts, stock takes and inbound/outbound service levels.
• Forecast promotions and organise local promotions aligned with budget.
• Negotiate with suppliers and participate in monthly promotions meetings.
• Support new product launches and supply chain improvement projects.
