Job summary

Astreya is seeking an Inventory Technician in Dublin, Ireland to manage on-site inventory, asset handling, and conference room support for our clients. You will ensure equipment is ready, assist with IT hardware deployment, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle high-volume requests while maintaining quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–2 years experience or equivalent
• Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Strong customer service skills and ability to exceed expectations
• Ability to work with a large team with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Daily on-site inventory and asset management, client conference room maintenance, and e-recycling
• Ensure client users have access to equipment in good working order
• Support a fast-paced environment focused on video conference rooms with timely customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with on-site teammates as needed
• Resolve audio/visual issues and assist meeting attendees promptly
• Deploy and recover laptop and desktop images
• Provide face-to-face customer support for on-site users
• Use ticketing systems to report work and track SLAs
• Maintain inventory data accurately using inventory management software
• Assist with hardware installation and troubleshooting on-site
• Respond to IT questions from client users and employees
• Manage demanding client users effectively
• Contribute to large-scale global projects as needed
• Perform other duties as required and assigned
