Astreya is seeking a Network Operations Engineer II to join the onsite team in central Dublin. You will diagnose and resolve complex data center network incidents, escalate as needed, and work with engineering on improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of network operations experience, focused on Data Center networks.
ITIL v4 experience or certification for incident and service management.

Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot a globally based Data Center network, including routing and switching devices.
Perform fault isolation and resolution for Layer 1–3 network issues.
Take ownership of escalated cases from Tier 1 engineers and drive to resolution.
Manage and expand critical events, communicating with stakeholders clearly.
Provide Tier 2 support for Data Center Network repairs and assist Tier 1 engineers.
