Job summary
LMH Engineering is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Dublin. You will lead EHS activities across project sites and manufacturing operations, reporting to the EHS Manager and coordinating with subcontractors to uphold high safety standards.
Responsibilities include on-site safety contact, RAMS preparation, incident investigations, inductions, training records, and KPI reporting.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on EHS delivery on construction/manufacturing sites.
- Experience reviewing RAMS and leading inspections and investigations.
- Strong knowledge of Irish/EU health, safety and environmental law.
- Diploma/degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site EHS contact for projects, advising on safe systems.
- Plan and perform site safety inspections, audits and walkdowns.
- Review RAMS and prepare RAMS where required for site teams.
- Lead incident investigations and implement preventive actions.
- Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks; maintain training records.
- Maintain EHS documents and prepare reports and KPIs.
- Monitor subcontractor safety performance and address non-compliance.
- Travel between sites to cover multiple locations as needed.
